Yes — every RAV4 is now either a standard hybrid or a plug-in hybrid. The standard hybrid charges itself through regenerative braking — no plugging in required. You get 226 HP with FWD or 236 HP with AWD, and up to 47 MPG city. The PHEV gives you 324 HP and up to 52 miles of all-electric driving.

FWD hybrid trims hit up to 47 MPG city / 40 MPG highway. AWD lands at 46 city / 39 highway. The Woodland gets 41 MPG city. XSE and Limited AWD land around 43 MPG city. A typical gas compact SUV gets somewhere in the mid-20s — the savings add up fast.
