Claremont Toyota is well Represented by there sale team. What the sales team promises the service team backs up. I find as I get older (42) it's not always about the cheapest but more about the service and the relation ship that you build. I'm a Ford guy but some how Daniel Rossi helped me purchase a Tacoma 4x4 for my son. It was used and after a week I noticed a minor problem with the lights. When I called I was expecting the run around. Daniel said no problem bring it in and in 40 minutes it was done. Wow I didn't even have to break out my KARATE MOVES. Went to Claremont Toyota yesterday to look at some cars with my Mom. We were greeted by Brian and were then put in the hands of Mario. Had two test drives with Mario and he did all he could to get me the car I wanted within my price range. My wife and I were in the market for a new Toyota 4Runner.  Our minds were pretty much set in the model and features we wanted the vehicle to have.  As much people in the market for a new car, we had done our homework and visited  four Toyota dealers before coming to Claremont Toyota, none of the previous dealers seemed like they wanted our business, we experienced indifferent, condescending, dishonest, and lazy attitudes in those four places.  However, we decided to visit Claremont Toyota and give the Toyota brand one more shot, thankfully, we crossed paths with Mr. Calvin Kalonda,  since the moment we walked into the dealership we were quickly greeted by him with a big smile, a strong handshake, and a positive attitude, he made us feel truly welcomed.  Calvin wasted no time and quickly started looking for the vehicle with the features we wanted, he was very informative and, above all, HONEST, he did not promised or said anything that was untrue or he was not able to do.  Calvin spent the necessary time showing us different models he had available but  informed us, ahead of time, that he did not have the vehicle with the features we wanted in the lot, but stated that he could get it for us from a sister dealership the same day!  He worked with us to get us a more than fair price for the vehicle and also assisted with financing.   Being a weekend, the dealership was fairly crowded and we were able to see different deals being made the same day, needless to say, we had to wait a "little bit" longer than usual before seeing the finance person. Realizing this, Calvin went out of his way and ordered pizza for us, WOW!   I have to say that I've had multiple experiences purchasing vehicles in the past and I have never ever come across somebody as attentive as Calvin.    He and Claremont Toyota made this a memorable experience while putting other dealers to shame, they have definitely earned our trust!

This is a review of the service department. I have a 2017 Tundra, I dropped it off for service and a young lady was the first to greet me. I forget her name but she was nice and funny. She has a very good eye, she noticed a few tiny chips on my door and the bed that I didn't even know I had. She was very personable and easy to talk to. I met with my service advisor Jeremy. This guy is awesome. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure your questions are answered and you are completely satisfied before you leave. He was very knowledgeable. Took care of my concerns and had me in and out. Wen I picked up my truck, there was a minor issue. They put me in a rental and took care of it. Service is great, customer service is great. Definitely recommend

I went to this Toyota Dealership today to get a sense of leasing vs buying a Prius and was taken excellent care of by Mario Quintanilla.  He was incredibly approachable, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions thoroughly and most importantly, I felt like he did not have the "sleezy car salesman" stereotype. As a woman who went on her own, I have been encouraged to go with a man so I am not taken advantage of.  Though unfortunate, it is common advice given, and I was happily surprised to feel that Mario had my best interest at hand and he was not forcing me into something I was not comfortable with.  I still have a few numbers to crunch so if I decide to lease this Prius, I will 1000 percent be going back to Mario to do so! Ask for him when you go, he will be up front and honest with you!

They purchased it from your dealership in early June of this year. You may recall the situation with Joe and Liza Medrano where it had been discovered that the car had been in an accident prior to their purchase and numerous issues caused by that damage came to be known. I do believe you sold the car in good faith not knowing the true history of the vehicle.

I was looking to buy a new Toyota highlander for my wife as a gift for her incoming birthday , I start to shop around by making phone calls and visit most of the Toyota dealers nearby and I got no result from them and some of sells persons had no interest in serving me , and then I picked the phone the next day and I was not sure of getting a good service , So I called Claremont Toyota and I want to speak to the sells department and then someone by name Mohammed answered the phone and he turned out to be the manger , The minute I start to talking to that person and I felt like I have known him for years the kind words and the way he invited me to come and see him , My wife and I went to see him I was amazed of the way he welcome us and he immediately called a sells person by name Peter Mehanna to help us and Peter turn out to be as good as Mohammed serve us water and coffee like a quests ,he show us the vehicle that we like to buy and ask me to drive it and we loved it and we are very happy with Toyota product because we still own 2001 Toyota and we want to buy one more . To make the story short Mohammad did a miracle and he tried so hard to get me the best deal , we went home to think about it and then the next day we went back and got the new Toyota Highlander and my wife drove it home and she was very happy and made me happy too from the amazing service and wonderful human beings , I recommend if anyone want to buy a car please go to Claremont Toyota because I do not think that service can get any better than this. I was on my way to the city with my mom and sister and my gut told me to check my oil, thank goodness I did because my car didn't have a drop of oil in it. I immediately went to the nearest gas station bought some oil. Well, I usually take my car to dealer for it to be serviced so loosening the oil cap was way too tight and unable to unscrew. I went to the dealership and saw Matt explained to him my situation normally there too busy which I understand. But Matt the maintenance tech, went above and beyond I was so grateful for him. He helped me out while he was in the middle of servicing another vehicle. I also, never have any problems when I take my car to get services the staff always greets me and our very courteous.

Best service, best customer service and best car purchase I've ever made. Mohammed was incredible. Daniel was amazing. I value Honesty and both Daniel and Mo showed me that not all car salesmen are the same. Would recommend that all single women should just give them a try. You will not be disappointed! Alex in sales is awesome. I first called and he gave me a great quote over the phone and so I had to come in. There were no games, no haggling, no hassles.. Alex was straight up and gave me a solid deal that no other dealer could touch. Ricky in financing was great too, no pressure to get any of the extras, warranty/gap etc.. He was friendly, helpful, and very informative. In the end ,  I was in and out in about 2 hours.

The day before I walked out of another dealership after spending 5 hours haggling and dealing with crazy games just trying to get an honest and fair deal.. I can't begin to describe the night and day difference in customer service between them and Claremont Toyota.. If you don't want to waste your time and money, go to Claremont Toyota and ask for Alex. He will treat you right from the getgo.

While the ownership has switched hands over the years, my family has come here for cars for the longest time.  We had a brief affair with KIA but I didn't really take to their cars.  there's nothing like a toyota which was my first ride:  a Rav4.  I came back after paying down the KIA to update to another rav4.  both times I've been here I have purchased used cars with less than 30,000 miles.  My first Rav was a 2005 and super reliable and I had a pleasant car buying experience back in 2009.  They have free oil changes for life and I really like how they run their service department, very efficient.  More recently I came back to buy another used Rav and was helped by a nice dude named Sam who was not overly obnoxious with the sale of cars.  Very chill experience and I decided within an hour we were going to take the car.  The process was relatively easy, we bargained down to something reasonable for everyone and I ended up getting the extended warranty because you want peace of mind.  The car did come with some minor scratches that they said they would take care of but when I brought it back they said "you don't want us to take the car for 3 days and replace the entire door, right?  that'd be so inconvenient" and they just did a cover up job.  I took it because you can't really tell unless you were looking real close.  still, you know? I also took it in for its first service 5000 mi and my battery was no good.  the service guy told me there was a 30 day warranty on battery and tires and that I would have to pay which was a little ridiculous since I bought the car 45 days ago.  The used car manager was nice enough to replace it for me free of charge and that right there is the difference between this toyota and other dealerships.  they've always done right by me and my family and that's why I'll continue to give them my business.

We were looking for a hatchback for my son. Originally, we had visited a Honda dealer and walked away because it wasn't what we wanted to pay. So, late at night, my husband find a Yaris on Claremont Toyota's website. I input my information to get the lowest online price and before it generates the price I get a call from Jesus Duarte, fleet manager. I tell him I'm interested in the Yaris if he gets me the lowest price. He guarantees me a price, which beats the lowest online price by a couple of hundred dollars  We meet him the next day. I tell him I don't want anything additional, he doesn't play the car game (that's what most dealerships do). Price was as quoted. No hidden add ons. All up front. I truly appreciate the ease of it all. Now to top it off, my son had work and his dad and I really wanted him on the loan, so Jesus sent an employee with us about 46miles round trip in order for him to sign. Great job Jesus!!!

My first experience with your service was when our new 1992 Camry was due for first service. This was in Toyota on south Garey in Pomona. This was followed by service for new models every 4 years until 2008 when we bought our Highlander Limited with navigation disk, etc. This model has been so comfortable and enjoyable we have continued to enjoy it. Helen Kassel was our service advisor during the time she was at Claremont Toyota. "Buying a car can be a difficult process. We had been looking for a 2017 Highlander for months and Daniel Rossi helped us find the particular trim that we wanted from another dealer. In fact it was the only one in Southern California, but he was able to trade with a dealer that was 2 hours away. He personally drove 4 hours to pick up the car for us. We had worked with 7 other dealerships during months of trying to find our car and no one had showed us close to the kind of customer service that Daniel did let alone find the trim that we wanted. "Was originally looking at Toyota for a new 2017 truck however decided to ship around with some other dealerships as well. Initially I decided to go with the Silverado from Mark Christopher Chevrolet and that turned into the biggest mistake I could have made. They gave me the truck had me approved and then called me back a week later telling me I was not approved and they needed more money monthly in order for the banks to pick up my loan which made no sense because initially they said I was approved. I then decided to go to Toyota after Chevy giving me the run around and I met with Daniel Rossi who helped me find a nice brand new Tundra for me. They not only structured the deal the same way Chevy was (suppose) too, but Daniel also gave me a better monthly price and more warranties for the truck. I not only will never deal with Mark Christopher again but now I'm a lifelong Claremont Toyota customer. The customer service was amazing and they made sure I didn't drive away until I was 100% approved with their financing department. Toyota was hassle free, no bull, straight to the point. One day in October I drove very excited to your dealership to purchase a Prius or Corolla. Two hours later I walked out angry and disappointed without a car and I was determined to take my business elsewhere. A few days later on my way home from work while stuck in traffic I called back to Claremont Toyota to see if they still had any add cars left, that I planned to buy the first time. That's when I got Bernie on the phone. He had such a friendly and honest approach over the phone that he made me swing by even though there were no more Priuses at the add price left. After looking at cars, test driving and talking we sat down with Mohammed to look at the numbers. He was awesome! He took his time to go over the numbers explained when I has questions without making me feel rushed.

I felt that both these gentlemen really cared about making me happy in my choice of a new car. Bernie and Mohammed made a stressful situation into a pleasant event. Both these employees are a huge asset to Claremont Toyota. I will recommend them to anyone considering buying a new car.

It was OUR fault that we did not study the Scion long enough to realize that down the line it-s one of the most uncomfortable long distance drives ever We kick ourselves nearly every day that we SHOULD have bought a Corolla or Camry of which we already have and know we like. ----What I REALLY love about this dealership is Rob Durant! After having a situation with another service rep on my very first service call to the dealership, my service was placed in the capable hands of Rob. Here's my 2010 7 passenger blizzard pearl Toyota Highlander V6 Limited with Navigation and DVD system, tan leather interior, loaded with ALL the bells and whistles.

Test drove the Pilot, the Crosstour, the Odyssey, the Murano, the Sienna, the Venza, and the Mazda CX9, but loved the drive of this car (has a Camry chasis and car feel, not a truck feel).  The Odyssey was test drive was awesome (and felt so familair) but I said no to that since I've already had 2 vans already (a 1990 Mazda MPV and 2001 Honda Odyssey which are both still on the road).
