COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

The purchase of a motor vehicle requires considerable accumulation of nonpublic personal information. For example, if we sell, lease or refinance you a vehicle — extending you credit at your request — we will receive information from you in order to determine your creditworthiness. We may also obtain information from a credit-reporting agency. We may also obtain information from third parties such as employers, references and insurance companies.

Some of the information we obtain from you will be required by state or federal agencies, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Internal Revenue Service. This information may be required even if you were to pay cash for your vehicle. Examples would be a driver's license or social security number.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We safeguard nonpublic personal information according to established industry standards and procedures. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards that comply with state and federal law. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and outside contractors who need to know the information to provide product or service to you. We prohibit our employees and agents from giving information about you to anyone in a manner that would violate any applicable law or our privacy policy.

INFORMATION SHARING

We share information:

a.    As permitted by federal or state law.
b.    For purposes of processing a sale, lease or refinance transaction as you request or authorize, such as   submitting   information   to   third   party financial institutions that may be requested to take an assignment of the contract or verifying insurance coverage information.
c.    With  "Affiliated"  companies. Companies that are affiliated with us include any company that controls us, any company we control, or any company under common control with us.

MANUFACTURER SHARING

In order to carry out your transaction, the car manufacturer may require we provide the following non-public information to it: your name, your address, your phone number, date vehicle sold or leased, year, make and model of vehicle purchased, leased, or refinanced and the vehicle identification number. By initialing that you agree with our privacy policy you acknowledge that the release of such information is necessary to carry out your transaction with us, and you consent to such disclosures     to     the     car     manufacturer.

We will make our best efforts that posted prices are always accurate however, we are not responsible for any typographical or other errors that may appear on the site. If the posted price for a vehicle or service is incorrect due to a typographical or other error, such as data transmission, etc., this Dealership or Pixel Motion, Inc. are only responsible for the correct price, which will be provided as soon as we are made aware of such error(s). Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information is 100% accurate with the Dealer.

Posted vehicle images and descriptions on our website is representative to what is provided by our suppliers. Please note that the actual vehicle may slightly differ from its specifications and/or images. The Dealership is not responsible for any typographical, pricing, product specifications, advertising or shipping errors. Advertised prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

In the event a vehicle is posted at an incorrect price due to these errors, or if an error in pricing was received from our suppliers, the Dealership reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel these orders.
