My Story:--- just recently got a used Prius 2010---Dennis Wisco is our salesman. --We received a great service and plus place is so clean and neat. --Mr Wisco is very helpful and patient and walked us through the whole process - even I was hesitating if I should buy a new corolla or get a Prius- he gave us plenty of time to decide without pushing. ----The interior of the car have defects that I didn-t notice when I drove the car home but when we called Dennis - he immediately took care the defects and got the broken part fixed- I have a perfect interior now. My Story: I received excellent service from Rob Duran today, April 23. 2011. Mr. Duran went out of his way to help me and answered all of my questions. The thing I really like about Mr. Duran-s service and also the service I get from Claremonty Toyota, is that when i-m at the dealership the people who work there are not aggressive in trying to sell me things like other dealerships i-ve been to. ----It-s nice to see that there are people like Mr. Duran working at Toyota and i-m also happy that Toyota is not like some other big name companies who are just here to make money. Profit is key, but customer service is the core of all business.----Thanks Mr. Duran and Toyota.

Bruce was our salesperson. We loved his calm and friendly demeanor. Everything he said we would get we did and there were no surprises which is important with a any major purchase. It was OUR fault that we did not study the Scion long enough to realize that down the line it-s one of the most uncomfortable long distance drives ever We kick ourselves nearly every day that we SHOULD have bought a Corolla or Camry of which we already have and know we like. ----What I REALLY love about this dealership is Rob Durant! After having a situation with another service rep on my very first service call to the dealership, my service was placed in the capable hands of Rob. He is not only friendly and fun to be around but he also has a vast knowledge of the automobile industry as a whole AND more importantly, it-s like he-s an auto mechanic too...he actually explains, in terms I can understand what is going on with me car. ----The Scion is not our favorite car but having a service rep like Rob to walk me through the kinks makes a world of difference and makes it a little less painful that I am driving a car I-m not thrilled about but I-m stuck in for a little bit. ----Thanks Rob and Bruce

My Story:--I bought my car here and I get my service done here! This place is great! from the dealers and especially the service department! --I-m a busy, busy lady! I-m a full time Nurse and a full time graduate student! That being said, I do not have a lot of time to waste! Rob Duran -amp- his blue team is the GREATEST! I call him up on my day off to ask if he can squeeze my car in for service. Thirty minutes late to my 9:00 am appointment he greets me with a smile. He approximated that my car will be done by 2:00 pm today. I told him how I have to leave for my class by 3:30 pm and the sooner the car can get serviced the better. Waiting patiently in the waiting area, Rob comes at 10:45 am and tells me that my car is done!! I couldn-t believe it!! Rob and his blue team are so great!! I really appreciate everything Rob Duran has done for me and my Corolla! I-m definitely sticking with Rob! ----A MILLION THANKS!!!--Yossyanne

Here's my 2010 7 passenger blizzard pearl Toyota Highlander V6 Limited with
Navigation and DVD system, tan leather interior, loaded with ALL the bells
Test drove the Pilot, the Crosstour, the Odyssey, the Murano, the Sienna,
the Venza, and the Mazda CX9, but loved the drive of this car (has a Camry
chasis and car feel, not a truck feel). The Odyssey was test drive was
awesome (and felt so familair) but I said no to that since I've already had
2 vans already (a 1990 Mazda MPV and 2001 Honda Odyssey which are both still
on the road).
